Inês Souto Gonçalves is a heart-oriented entrepreneur and wonderful living coach, creator of My Wonderful Life venture, where she helps ordinary people overcome their emotional challenges and limiting beliefs and empowers them to joyfully create and live the life of their dreams.
As recently as 2013, Inês was a green technology student in Scotland, who was working as a part-time employee in a small company and struggling to make her ends meet while deeply searching for her own way and true passions in life. Inês was exhausted, studying and working for very long hours, always on a very limited budget. “Life was no fun anymore. I had totally lost track of my life´s direction and inner joy. I didn’t want to quit my dream of becoming a green tech but something crucial was missing. It was then that I got ill and had to come back to my beloved hometown, Lisboa.”
Even though coming back brought her some peace, Inês’s health condition got worse when she also injured her neck and back, leaving her unable to work, make a living or enjoy life physically and emotionally.
Always hopeful but struggling to feel normal again, Inês finally decided to take her life back in her own hands and made the commitment to fully live and participate in it. After hitting rock bottom, she went looking for help. It was then that Inês decided to resume her FasterEFT studies, community and practice.
As healing started to occur, her dreams also started to resurface and she decided to pursue her long forgotten dream of helping people find and live their joys and aspirations in life while setting them free from their past hurts, limiting beliefs and lack of hope. Her major inspiration came from her own recent and old personal story which includes having survived from a severe case of anorexia and OCD during her teenage years.
“I always believed I could overcome it even though it took me several very painful years to actually do it. All I had at the time was my family and Hope, which to me is the most powerful force in the Universe. Combined with real life-changing tools which have totally transformed my inner and outer worlds after recently starting to learn and practice them, it can literally move our inner mountains and guide us towards the fulfilment of our deepest desires and dreams. ”
Today, Inês is a certified FasterEFT practitioner and wonderful living coach, turning her dreams a living reality while doing what she loves, healing herself along the way, and empowering others to do the same.
Inês is happy to have helped her clients become free from negative self-judgments and limiting beliefs, emotional hurts and physical pains, empowering them to love and accept themselves as they are so they can feel hopeful and self-confident, creating and living their dreams and true aspirations in life.
